Ticket Holder (“You”) voluntarily assumes all risks & danger, including personal or bodily injury or death, property loss & damage, which may occur by attending Future Forest 2017.
You agree that Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc., associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket and you will hold Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc. harmless from any claims arising from the use of this ticket.
All vehicles and persons are subject to search by Future Forest security upon entrance to grounds to ensure compliance with provincial & federal laws, facility rules & regulations.

No illegal substances permitted; soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges.
NO PETS, NO GLASS. Glass items will be confiscated.

All firearms and weapons will be confiscated upon entry (incl. knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc).

FIRE BAN IN FULL EFFECT: No open flames (incl. tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, etc and fuel). Portage stoves are permitted.

This ticket is yours to protect; no exchange, refund or replacement if lost, stolen or unused. Ticket is invalid if the barcode duplicated, removed, or tampered with.

No exchange or refund if event is terminated early or cancelled due to harsh weather, forest fire, acts of God/nature, governmental regulation or other actions beyond Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc. control.

Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc. does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from 3rd parties. Please email info@futueforest.ca to have a ticket transferred to your membership.

Use of images taken at Future Forest other than for personal use, or of the phrase “Future Forest Electronic Music Festival” “Future Forest Festival” in the title of any publication or advertisement is prohibited without prior written consent of Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc.

Your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation.

You hereby appoint Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc. as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that Future Productions has no obligation to take any such action.

Future Forest is held in the wilderness near Fredericton, NB. Please treat the land and yourself with the utmost respect and care. LEAVE NO TRACE.

Future Forest Music & Arts Festival Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time.

This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time for any reason without compensation.

RV’s require a RV permit that needs to be purchased separately.

Ticket includes camping from July 29 at 10:00 AM until July 31 at 3:00 PM. Anyone leaving after this camping is $10 per day per person and must be paid before staying.

Early entry Thursday night camping is $50 per person. Wait times for early entry can be up to 7 hrs.

Ticket does not include vehicle permit which is $10-$50 per vehicle depending on location. Free parking is also available in designated areas.

Every member must maintain code of conduct

– Treat everyone with respect
– Be kind
– Pervert free zone
– Help others
– Zero tolerance to theft
– Zero tolerance to sexual assault (including unwanted touching at anytime, name calling or advances that are unwanted)
– Zero tolerance to abuse (verbal or physical)
– No intoxication (Practice mindfulness know your limits)
– No unauthorized solicitation (solicitation of illegal substances will result in criminal charges)
– Defamation (spreading rumours – do not do it)
– Practice tolerance

If any of the above are broken Future Forest reserves the right to suspend membership and not allow entry to any Future Production events and or penalties to have membership reinstated.
