    Future Forest supports the makers of the future. Locally sourced & made products are very important to Future Forest and we want to make sure they are represented as best as possible in our village. Variety is the spice of life! We would like to see a diverse selection of food offered at the festival including but not limited to breakfast options, restrictive diet options (celiac safe, gluten free, diabetic friendly etc.) and vegan options. Future Forest 2023 applicants with fresh menu options will continue to be prioritized when booking for our event. Let us know what sets you apart!

      Logistics

      Please bring copy to show during setup.
      Food vendors must arrive Wednesday, August 2nd between 10 AM - 6 PM and be ready for inspection from Public Health at 10 am Thursday. Food vendors must offer food until Monday at 2:00pm during business hours.

      If not you can use our dishwashing station at a cost of $150
      Up to 5 staff. Price increases to $150 for each additional staff after the first 5.

      For vendors that require exchange of staff, please input the total amount of employees working (non working employees will be required to check out at the gate)
      Parking
      For vehicles other than food truck including utility trailers. *Vendor parking is the vehicle you will use to pick up supplies. As per our safety regulations these vehicles can be parked on site but can only be moved between the hours of 8 am - 6 PM daily.

      RV Parking
      For RVs inside the RV campground, approx 500 meters from vending area. Sites are unserviced, personal generators are allowed.
      Would you like a WiFi connection for accepting cards?
      50% deposit payment is required to reserve food vending location. This quote is valid until May 31st after which the price increases. Food vending locations are limited to 8. Discounts for health and local food options will be calculated upon review.

      Food vendors have the option to off set a portion of their fees by participating in our newly revised food voucher system for artists, performers and some staff members. Would you like to include your business in this program? If you choose to participate we will include the outline of how this program works and how you will redeem these meal tickets in your confirmation email.
      Vendors that choose to participate in our voucher program will be paid $8.00 plus HST (total’s $9.20) to offer $10.00 value for each voucher redeemed. Vendors participating in this program are asked to have 3 options that would be available at this price point. 1 meal ticket = 1 complete meal option. Our food vendor coordinator will count all redeemed vouchers with you Monday, August 7th at 2:30 PM at the Admin offices located at our Event Management Centre before vendors leave the site. Payouts will be sent in full value via email transfer to all participating food vendors by Monday, September 8th, 2023.
